Cooking & Storage
Keep your beef frozen until you’re ready to use it. Store it in a freezer at 0°F or below for best results.
Properly stored, frozen beef can last up to 12 months while maintaining optimal flavor and quality.
For best results, thaw beef in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. If needed, you can use the cold water method for faster thawing.
