3. Products and Ordering
Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our grass-fed and grain-finished beef products. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site is error-free. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required when ordering a cow. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled butchering date. If a cancellation is requested within 30 days of butchering, the deposit will not be refunded. Ordering: When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the items, including any applicable fees.

4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods. Prices and payment terms are subject to change without notice. In the event of a payment issue, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Local Pickup Only: We do not ship any of our meat products. All orders must be picked up locally as arranged. Risk of Loss: Once an order is picked up, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We recommend handling and storing the meat properly to maintain quality.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to discuss a resolution. We will handle complaints on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Product Quality:
We are committed to providing high-quality, responsibly raised beef. However, you agree that your use of our products is at your own risk.
